They all license the same registries. The difference between two reports is presentation, not substance.
Position
Many solutions tap existing data sources and turn them into vehicle histories or reports.
CarChainX starts one layer below. We build the infrastructure through which data from workshops, dealers, inspection organisations, fleets and digital systems is assigned to a vehicle identity in structured form and linked across the entire vehicle lifecycle.
The core is not the report. It is the data foundation the report is built on.
The market
The market for vehicle histories is growing fast, but sideways rather than deeper. Vendors license largely the same registries, the same insurer notifications, the same workshop networks. That is why the results resemble one another, and why the competition runs on price and advertising rather than on data.

These partners write into it continuously
Four vendors, four reports, one set of data.
Whoever writes down here changes what arrives up there.
They all license the same registries. The difference between two reports is presentation, not substance.
They sit behind the people who hold the data. Whoever builds the layer that gets written into changes what reaches them.
If one source terminates, the product shrinks overnight. Coverage cannot be built, only renegotiated.
Every query is a single transaction and leaves nothing behind. Growth costs advertising per query, not infrastructure once.
Can CarChainX hand out what a report contains? Yes. It is the pool such reports draw from.
Common questions
Yes. It is one output of the infrastructure, not the product.
The direction of the data. An aggregator reads third-party sources and sells the result on. With CarChainX, partners write continuously into shared holdings that are checked and cryptographically anchored as they are written.
From the partner network: workshops, inspection organisations, dealers, fleets, financiers and insurers, plus telematics and connected car sources. The infrastructure core is VIN-based and stores neither licence plates nor personal data.
Build-out is under way and launch is planned for 2026. The pilot programme is open and limited to up to 10 partners.
Pilot programme
If you are operationally responsible for vehicle data, in retail, workshops, inspection, financing or fleet, then look at a pilot partnership.
